BIM Modeller – Architecture & C&S

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to support architecture and civil & structural (C&S) projects across Singapore. You will create accurate 3D models and shop drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD Architecture.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinate submissions in line with project manager and project director instructions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in BIM models during the design stage.
• Provide on‑site support to align BIM data with actual construction progress.
• Maintain model quality, due diligence, and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Certificate in BIM modelling (e.g., BCA BIM course) or equivalent operational‑level certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Strong confidentiality and communication skills.
• Experience in engineering, civil, construction or structural projects is preferred.
