Business Analyst – Banking BPR (Loan / Remittance & Trade / KYC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive Banking Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives covering Loans, Remittance & Trade, and KYC. The role will be based in Singapore and will work closely with both business and technology teams to deliver transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery and document current-state (As‑Is) business processes.
• Analyze operational pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, business rules, and related documentation.
• Support UAT planning, test case reviews, execution, and defect resolution.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and process documentation, and support user training and business readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills with excellent English proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking products such as Loans, Trade Finance, Remittance and KYC.
