Business Development Enablement Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a highly dependable and proactive Business Development Operations Associate or Senior Associate to join its BD enablement team. The role drives end-to-end BD enablement, providing operational excellence and strategic support to accelerate clients and markets development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify areas for operational improvement within BD processes, recommend practical solutions and lead their execution to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage CRM-related activities, including contact management and keeping accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions with data integrity across systems
• Operationalise the client feedback programme (compiling client feedback data and preparing reports for management) and support other key account development activities

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development operations, account development or a related function within professional services or financial markets
• Minimum 3 years in business development support, middle office or operations within professional services or consulting
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Marketing
• Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management

Required skills

• Strong understanding of BD technicals such as pipeline management, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), proposal preparation and client engagement processes
• CRM maintenance and contact management
• Analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools
