About the role

Flexii is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate its growth across Singapore. You will own market‑expansion initiatives, drive revenue, and partner with product, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for core verticals such as retail, logistics, and hospitality.
Source prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals efficiently.
Achieve GMV and revenue targets while upselling and cross‑selling to existing clients.
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer satisfaction.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in a startup or high‑growth environment with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Strong strategic thinking ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.
Business‑level proficiency in English.
Deep alignment with Flexii’s mission to unlock opportunities and create social impact.
