Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Undertake design and study of civil infrastructure projects, including road works, sewerage, traffic management, drainage and utilities, ensuring compliance with local authority codes and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate civil works while liaising with clients, authorities and sub‑consultants to prepare drawings and reports for submission.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design codes, specifications and submission procedures of relevant authorities.
• Communicate design intent and options to approving agencies, expediting approvals and ensuring project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience in civil infrastructure or transportation planning.
• Strong technical and project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microstation or AutoCAD drafting tools.
• Experience using Bentley design tools.
• Familiarity with transport modelling software.
