Civil Engineer – Site Management

About the role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to lead day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure project delivery meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with architects, PE engineers and subcontractors on technical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with project requirements and standards.
- Manage on‑site workers and supervise the site team.
- Resolve site problems arising from installation works.
- Maintain adherence to the project schedule.
- Provide technical and installation support.
- Prepare weekly administrative reports.
- Interpret AutoCAD plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Middle‑management experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong coordination skills with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
- Ability to solve on‑site technical problems quickly.
- Good administrative and reporting capabilities.

- AutoCAD
