Client Services Manager - Travel Vertical

About the role

Rakuten Advertising, part of Rakuten Group, is looking for a Client Services Manager based in Singapore's Central Business District. The role is the regional lead for the Travel vertical across Asia, acting as the primary manager and client liaison for client service engagements and outsourced solutions, with a focus on client satisfaction and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead for the Travel vertical across Asia, driving execution of Travel growth strategies and initiatives
• Support key Travel client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and prospective Travel advertisers
• Work closely with Client Services and Sales teams on account expansion plans
• Develop Travel industry insights, trends and thought leadership content
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on Travel-related projects and represent Rakuten Advertising at Travel industry events and client meetings
• Manage the team's daily operations, set metrics and performance standards, and audit team activities and client engagement processes
• Hire and develop team members, mentor them and foster continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies

Required profile

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, travel or eCommerce
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Experience working with Travel brands, airlines, hotels, OTAs, loyalty programmes or related sectors preferred
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
