Consultant / Senior Consultant - Data Strategy & Management

About the role

Sia Partners, a global management consulting firm founded in Paris in 1999, is recruiting a Consultant or Senior Consultant for its Data Strategy & Management practice in Singapore. You will deliver projects for several clients locally and, if needed, support overseas engagements, while building and managing end-to-end delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery, develop content and pitches for practice opportunities and proposals, and contribute to the firm's methodology, tools, templates and guidelines.
• Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, monitor progress, manage scope and dependencies, identify risks and report status to steering committees and C-level.
• Deliver cloud data warehouse solutions (Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Redshift) with a defined methodology, using CI/CD, Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement where appropriate.
• Manage delivery through internal resources, external partners or a mix of both, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and external positioning, and contribute to thought leadership such as blogs.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of management consulting experience, including a top-tier consulting firm in financial services.
• For Senior Consultant: 4-10 years of experience with an extensive data background as a delivery or project manager.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of a similar data project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving aptitude.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one of: data strategy, data quality, BI, data governance, management information, analytics, visualization and reporting.
• Proven experience in data governance, BCBS 239, GDPR/data privacy or data monetisation.
• CRM system experience.
