About the role
We are seeking a Contract Bank Officer to join our Market Operations team, focusing on equities. The role involves supporting daily banking activities, trade processing and securities settlement within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily equity trades, amendments and settlement instructions.
- Monitor and respond to operational queries and escalations promptly.
- Maintain accurate data entry, documentation and ensure completion of all operational tasks.
- Follow documented procedures, internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects, process improvements and other assignments as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and internal controls.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
