About the role
Join our restaurant team to support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, sanitation, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Sous Chef in running kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare and serve quality food by strictly following preparation guidelines.
- Manage inventory and stock receipt.
Required profile
- Minimum culinary certificate and at least 1 year of experience in mid‑range dining restaurants.
- Proficiency in Chinese wok cooking.
- Good communication skills and a passion for cooking.
- Reliable, punctual, disciplined and able to work long hours in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays with rotating weekly schedules.
