Design Drafter (Junior Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Design Drafter to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves creating detailed drawings and specifications that support our building projects, while collaborating closely with engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate construction drawings and detailed specifications.
• Develop and manage Bill of Quantities and cost quotations.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into practical construction documents.
• Prioritize tasks across different project stages to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese via email and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of drafting experience within Singapore’s construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Construction drawing production.
• Bill of Quantities preparation.
