Digital Advisory Consultant (AI Adoption / Change Management)

About the role

Avanade, part of Accenture, is looking for a Digital Advisory Consultant to lead client engagements in digital strategy, experience and AI. The practice works with governments, banks, healthcare systems, airports and global brands across Southeast Asia, and the role suits someone comfortable with clients, whiteboards and boardrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as a day-to-day trusted advisor, engaging C-suite and agency leaders and designing high-impact workshops such as discovery, visioning, prioritisation and co-creation.
• Apply Design Thinking and human-centred design to reimagine digital products, services and operating models, and turn ambiguous challenges into strategies, roadmaps and action plans.
• Build executive-ready presentations and shape digital products and experiences with architects and engineers across CRM, AI, data and cloud platforms, with strong exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Copilot).
• Shape change strategies including stakeholder mapping, communications and enablement, and partner with delivery teams so solutions stick.
• Mentor consultants, analysts and designers, set quality standards, contribute to practice growth and support sales activities such as discovery workshops and proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in consulting, digital strategy, design thinking/experience design or digital transformation.
• Management consulting experience and experience managing client change; AI / Gen AI / Co-Pilot project experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations and small teams, and to engage senior stakeholders across industries.

Required skills

• Strong design thinking and facilitation capability.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, structured problem solving with a human lens, and comfort bridging business, experience and technology topics.
• A plus: understanding of CRM technologies and modern workplace experiences such as employee productivity and digital ways of working.
