Digital Business Analyst (Senior Analyst)

As a Digital Business Analyst (Senior Analyst), you will shape transformation stories, lead client conversations and design the future state of digital or AI-powered services.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations and compelling narratives.
• Facilitate workshops, capture insights and turn discussions into visual storylines and decision-ready decks.
• Map current journeys, identify friction points and build blueprints for new digital or AI-powered services.
• Partner with designers, engineers and change leads to bring ideas to life through prototypes and pilots.
• Craft presentations that resonate at CxO level, combining visuals, logic and clarity.

Required profile

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product management or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy or process redesign.
• Proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops and create high-impact decks such as strategy, business case or transformation roadmap.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for turning bullet points into stories.
• A plus: experience presenting to senior leaders, thinking in frameworks and visuals, and experience in healthcare or with electronic medical records.

Required skills

• Journey mapping and service blueprinting, agile requirements definition.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills, connecting data, behaviour and business outcomes.
• Experience working with or alongside technology such as Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
