Director, Account Service

About the role

Kingsmen is hiring a Director, Account Service based in its Singapore headquarters. The role reports to the Deputy Managing Director and covers strategic business growth, key client relationships and profitable delivery of high-value projects. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans and sales strategies, and identify and secure new business locally, regionally and internationally
• Oversee key accounts, provide strategic advisory to clients, represent the company at industry events and coordinate internal teams for project success
• Ensure project profitability, monitor sales, financial forecasts and operational efficiencies to maximise ROI, and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Groom and mentor future team leaders, set performance goals and KPIs, and work with HR on coaching, training and succession planning
• Manage high-value projects on time and with desired margins, lead cross-functional teams and external partners, and streamline processes

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, business development or sales leadership
• Proven experience leading teams and managing high-value accounts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects
• Willingness to work in a standard office, attend client meetings and travel regionally if required
