E-Commerce & Merchandising Intern (6-Month Contract)

About the role

Decathlon's Singapore and APAC data teams support decisions on customer growth, commercial performance, e-commerce, operations, supply and expansion. As an E-Commerce & Merchandising Intern, you will help drive customer discovery, improve site search relevance and boost digital conversion metrics, focusing on internal search optimisation, SEO initiatives and end-to-end digital campaign execution. You will work closely with E-Category Specialists and cross-functional digital teams. The internship is 6 months full time, starting Dec 2026 / Jan 2027, with a hybrid / onsite arrangement at the Singapore office and a one-week store induction.

Key responsibilities

• Internal search: improve search CTR and add-to-cart rates, anticipate and re-optimize trending and seasonal queries, audit low-performing high-volume queries and track search analytics
• Digital campaigns: support planning, asset preparation and on-site execution, update landing pages and promotional banners, and analyse post-campaign conversion, traffic and sales metrics
• SEO and content: assist in keyword research, content localization and metadata, support digital taxonomy and navigation, update store location pages, and help publish educational content and sports advice
• Ad-hoc projects and collaboration with E-Category Specialists, digital marketing, supply chain and trade teams

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field
• Able to commit to a six-month full-time internship
• Evidence of learning and delivery through studies, internships, competitions or personal projects
• Nice to have: familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau), Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables), understanding of user search behaviour and basic SEO, strong adaptability and analytical thinking
