About the role

Beauty One International Pte Ltd, a company in the beauty and wellness industry, is hiring a full-time Administrative Executive for its Facilities Department in Singapore. The role provides administrative support to the department and helps keep facilities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing reports.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities so facilities stay in good condition.
• Assist in developing and implementing facilities management policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facilities services.
• Monitor and track facilities expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Organize and maintain facilities documentation and records.
• Support the planning and execution of facilities-related projects and initiatives.
• Respond promptly to facilities-related inquiries and issues.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to facilities management.
