Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee and manage the daily operations of its institute. The role covers the reliability of facilities and infrastructure systems, resource optimisation, vendor relations and safety oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute and ensure the reliability of its facilities and infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and standards.
• Manage and optimise resources to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and develop relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Review safety procedures and handle insurance plans and service contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong teamwork, time management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
