About the role
Nanyang Institute of Management, an EduTrust private education institution offering a variety of courses, is looking for a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to its President, based in Singapore. The position is full-time and carries a salary range of SGD 3,500 to 4,500.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar of appointments and meetings.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports and documents.
- Attend events organised by the Chamber of Commerce or other local institutions with the President.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, to communicate with stakeholders, clients or partners in either language.
- Able to travel and attend events outside regular working hours.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
