Finance Head – Category & Channel Solutions (Rest of World)

About the role

Lead the finance function for Category & Channel Solutions (CCS) across the Rest of World (ROW) at Olam. You will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure rigorous reporting and controls, and support business growth aligned with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align financial strategies for ROW and APAC business lines with commercial priorities.
• Govern budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting processes.
• Perform financial modelling, budgeting and variance analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements.
• Maintain compliance with statutory law, internal policies, audit standards and financial regulations.
• Enhance internal control safeguards and protect reporting integrity.
• Lead financial analysis of business development opportunities and integration of new businesses.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash‑flow forecasting, funding and disbursements.
• Monitor finance best practices and integrate improvements.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team with strong people development practices.

Required profile

• More than 15 years of finance experience in a global manufacturing or processing company.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
• Experience leading diverse, global finance teams and managing complex stakeholder matrices.
• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent professional finance qualification.
