FP&A Officer – 12‑Month Contract (Bank), SGD 3.5‑4.5k

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports a bank’s finance team in Singapore, preparing and analysing key financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by gathering inputs from various departments.
• Conduct variance, trend and profitability analyses to identify business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support the creation of business cases, financial models and management presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance teams to ensure timely, accurate financial data.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency.
• Maintain financial databases and reporting systems, and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Exposure to financial modelling and data visualisation tools is an advantage.
