FSI Consultant – Banking and Financial Services

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Consultant for its Banking and Financial Services (FSI) practice in Singapore. The role supports programme governance, ensures deliverables are completed on time and to scope, and contributes to frameworks and methodologies. It suits someone with a consulting mindset who can work with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support programme governance and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to scope, using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methods
• Contribute to developing frameworks and methodologies
• Oversee quality of programme deliverables through quality assurance and quality gates, following SDLC governance
• Take ownership of own activities with minimal supervision and manage ad hoc workload flexibly
• Prepare meeting invites, decks and agendas, circulate minutes and follow up on action items
• Facilitate or lead discussions with project stakeholders and drive specific agenda items
• Manage reporting and use tracking tools such as Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Use MS PowerPoint and Excel for reports and trackers, and carry out other administrative tasks as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services (must have)
• Business analysis or project management experience with planning, reporting and delivery governance
• About 5-10 years of experience (preferable)
• Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills (must have)

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reports and trackers (must have)
• Exposure to different project methodologies (preferable)
• Knowledge of Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO)
