About the role
Infosys is hiring a Consultant (Java Developer) for its FSI banking and financial services practice in Singapore. The role sits within a consultancy offering a global culture, motivated colleagues, a cooperative work environment and training opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in design and requirement analysis, and develop documentation throughout the Agile/SDLC.
- Write clean, scalable code using Java, with an understanding of Java design patterns.
- Test and deploy applications and systems, and revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Serve as an application expert and provide technical support, with an understanding of Agile methodologies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or Application Developer.
- Familiarity with advanced Java, database design and architectural patterns such as MVC and MVP.
- Basic knowledge of cloud operations.
