Graduate Developer - Microsoft Power Platform & M365 Copilot

About the role

As a graduate developer at Accenture's Avanade practice, you will help turn real-world business challenges into modern, intelligent solutions using the M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will learn from experienced mentors, work alongside global teams and build a solid foundation in automation, Copilot and AI-driven technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Help translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Support automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Perform unit testing, validation and basic troubleshooting of developed components.
• Apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption and responsible AI use.
• Contribute to task backlogs, solution documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant software engineering and AI field, preferably.
• Interest or introductory experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or generative AI (academic, project or self-study).
• Ability to analyse problems, gather requirements and think logically about solutions.
• Willingness to learn new tools and AI capabilities quickly.
• Basic understanding of agile or iterative development.
• Curiosity-driven approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Understanding of or hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps concepts.
• Exposure to data analysis or visualisation tools (Power BI experience is a plus).
• Interest in learning Dataverse and data modelling for Power Platform solutions.
