Group Financial Controller

About the role

Vin's Automotive Group is seeking a senior finance executive to lead the Group Financial Controller function. The role is responsible for the integrity of financial reporting, control environment, and compliance with SGX Catalist requirements across nine entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for all entities in line with SFRS(I) and Group policies.
• Own monthly, half‑yearly and annual close cycles, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead the annual statutory audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee management reporting, MIS, KPI dashboards and provide variance analysis for the CEO, Executive Chairman and Board.
• Ensure SGX Catalist compliance, annual report preparation and AGM coordination.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional with extensive experience in consolidation and listed‑company reporting.
• Hands‑on leader who is technically sharp and governance‑minded.
• Comfortable working closely with senior executives and supporting investor‑facing activities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean close and well‑controlled ledger.
