Guest Services Executive

About the role

Pullman Singapore Hill Street, a 350-room hotel in Singapore belonging to the Accor group, is hiring a Guest Services Executive. The role sits within the Front Office areas of Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge, supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and other cashiering duties, register guests and assign rooms according to reservations
• Prepare VIP arrivals and VIP amenities for Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Limitless members and suite-paying guests, and maintain the VIP list
• Recommend tourist attractions and hotel products and services to guests
• Maintain guest confidentiality, handle guest feedback and take ownership of reasonable solutions
• Work with Housekeeping on room status, prepare ACDC updates and decoration packages, and monitor guest relations emails
• Guide and train the Guest Services Officer, ensure daily guest relations tasks and SOP-compliant arrival/departure procedures, and alert Security or the Duty Manager to suspicious persons or items
• Keep the Front Office clean, attend briefings and trainings, and perform other duties assigned by management

Required profile

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational leadership skills
