Head of Distribution Proposition (PFA)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Head of Distribution Proposition (PFA) to shape and drive its distribution strategy across recruitment, professional development, productivity and sales growth. As a member of the PFA leadership team, the role works closely with PACS distribution leadership, reports performance, sales advisory and distribution data to the Management Committee and Board of Directors, and leads the development of the firm's value proposition through strategic partnerships and third-party product onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment, activation and productivity growth strategies to meet sales, manpower and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth across all business lines and support the firm's profitability.
• Develop the value proposition through third-party partnerships and product onboarding across Life, Wealth and General Insurance.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and product propositions, negotiate commercial terms and resolve issues with PACS Business Development teams and partners.
• Work with the PFA Operations team and oversee outsourced distribution services such as Business Development, Recruitment, Manpower Management, Marketing and Events, and Distribution Risk.
• Support the sales force, establish procedures so sales and distribution comply with regulatory requirements, and undertake other projects assigned by the CEO.

Required profile

• Proactive, results-oriented, with a growth mindset and ability to think out of the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
• Business or industry insight with demonstrable analytical skills; good organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 10 years of sales and staff management experience in the financial advisers sector, with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, business management or a related field.
