Head of Sales, Asia

About the role

Intellect, a global mental health benefits platform serving over 4 million people across 100 countries, is looking for a Director of Sales, Asia. The role drives enterprise sales growth across core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic alliances, with accountability for regional sales performance and an individual new business revenue target. It is a hands-on leadership position reporting to the team of Account Executives and SDRs.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional new business sales performance, set market priorities and account plans, and personally close a focused portfolio of strategic deals through the full sales cycle
• Build qualified pipeline through outreach, executive networks, referrals and partners, and engage CHROs, Chief People Officers and Total Rewards leaders
• Lead, coach and develop Account Executives and SDRs, run pipeline and deal reviews, and establish account and territory ownership
• Lead priority enterprise RFPs and tenders end to end, from bid qualification and win strategy to proposal development, presentations and negotiations
• Shape the go-to-market strategy across Asia, working with Marketing on account-based campaigns, events and demand generation
• Turn broker, insurer and other strategic partnerships into qualified pipeline, avoiding channel conflict
• Partner with Revenue Operations on CRM standards, forecasting and performance reporting, and with Finance on pricing, packaging and deal structures

Required profile

• Proven track record of B2B new business growth and leading sales teams against revenue targets
• Experience personally originating and closing complex enterprise deals
• Hands-on player-coach who balances personal selling with coaching and delegation
• Experience winning competitive enterprise RFPs or tenders
