About the role
The company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a private hospital in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring HR policies and practices align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and employment matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
- Support performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Drive employee engagement and HR projects across the hospital.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
