HR Executive – Recruitment (1‑year contract, up to $4500)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to lead recruitment and workforce planning for new polyclinic openings across the western region of Singapore. This 12‑month contract role will support the full talent acquisition cycle and ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for new polyclinic sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating selections.
• Utilise multiple channels such as job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies and educational partners to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, develop selection criteria and meet staffing timelines.
• Track recruitment progress, identify challenges and report status to ensure timely vacancy fulfillment.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities with HR Shared Services, uniform vendors and the Ministry of Health, including funding claims and vaccination record maintenance.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
