ICU Registered Nurse – Sign‑On Bonus & 12‑Hour Shifts

About the role

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses / Senior Staff Nurses to join a reputable private acute hospital in Singapore. The role involves delivering high‑quality critical care to patients in a high‑acuity intensive care unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and operate specialised ICU equipment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in 12‑hour rotating shifts, covering both day and night periods.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a Singapore hospital.
• Proven experience managing critically ill patients in a high‑acuity environment.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts on a 7‑working‑days/7‑off‑days roster.
