Implementation Consultant - HR SaaS

About the role

Fuku is looking for an Implementation Consultant in Singapore to manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs, and coordinate with product and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system.
• Work with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance and Rostering.
• Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and collect client feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR or a related field.
• Good communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.
• Added advantage: experience in HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP / SaaS implementation, and familiarity with Singapore HR, payroll, leave or attendance processes.
