Investor Relations AVP/VP – Singapore

About the role

Greenstone Equity Partners is seeking an Investor Relations professional at AVP/VP level to join its Singapore coverage team. Working closely with the Head of Singapore, the role focuses on front‑office fund placement and capital raising for global private‑market managers across Singapore’s institutional and private‑wealth ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Place and distribute global private‑market funds across Singapore, executing fundraising campaigns for private equity, credit, infrastructure, real assets and other alternatives.
• Identify and match Singapore‑based investors with relevant fund opportunities, delivering pitches that articulate strategy, track record and competitive positioning.
• Manage the full fundraising process—from investor targeting and outreach through pitching, due‑diligence, follow‑up and commitment.
• Support investors through DDQ, operational due‑diligence and investment‑committee processes to facilitate subscription execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sovereign wealth funds, government‑linked entities, pensions, insurers, private banks, EAMs, family offices and corporates.
• Gather market intelligence on investor allocation priorities, ticket sizes, decision‑making processes and deployment plans, and relay feedback to fund managers.
• Assess product‑fit for prospective mandates, contribute to market studies, investor mapping and demand analysis.
• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with Singapore private‑placement regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Proven fund placement or private‑markets capital‑raising experience with responsibility for targeting, pitching, pipeline management and securing commitments.
• Hands‑on experience covering Singapore‑based institutional, sovereign, private‑bank or family‑office investors.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore’s allocator landscape, including key organisations and decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial judgement to assess investor‑product fit and articulate complex strategies clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
• Collaborative, self‑starting attitude with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and international teams.
