Lead Artist - Singapore Sephora

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Lead Artist for its Sephora store in Singapore. As a brand ambassador, you drive your personal and counter sales targets through exceptional artistry and outstanding service, while leading by example within your team and shaping the customer experience through appointments, masterclasses, Tilbury Theatre and social content.

Key responsibilities

• Build your own client base in-store and act as a brand ambassador for the store, advocating the brand through your personal social channels with correct hashtags and reposting official posts
• Lead and inspire the team, coach them and help drive team KPIs
• Deliver expert artistry, including the 10 Iconic Looks, Brow Liner and Lip shape, and colour match and prescribe the perfect base for every client
• Work with the Education Manager to identify artistry development needs and train artists
• Maintain hygiene and visual standards on the counter, support the backstage team at events, launches, press days and VIP appointments, and keep the counter running smoothly
• Consistently meet personal targets and KPIs, plan a Performance Operating Agreement with the Manager, and aim for the store's number-one sales ranking
• Plan and host events and masterclasses, especially around new product launches, and drive appointment occupancy and rebooking rates
• Recruit new customers daily, retain and upsell returning customers, and capture data
• Communicate clearly with store stakeholders, adhere to loss prevention and security policies, and raise operational issues promptly

Required profile

• Fluent in the brand's makeup style, language and product knowledge
• Positive, cooperative attitude and immaculate grooming in line with brand guidelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships internally and externally
• Creative, proactive and adaptable, with a passion for beauty and artistry
