Lead Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Lead Finance Analyst to oversee financial management for outsourced procurement operations. The role bridges Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and external partners, focusing on cost governance, audit excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight of outsourced procurement, ensuring cost control, transparency and visibility of key cost drivers.
• Lead analysis of manufacturing operation costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Own month‑end closing deliverables, prepare financial reports, variance analyses and management insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and financial policies.
• Act as primary finance contact for internal and external audits, coordinate audit activities and close findings.
• Enhance supplier management frameworks from a financial governance perspective and standardise claims handling processes.
• Partner with the outsourced procurement team, lead performance and cost review discussions, and drive process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or ACCA preferred.
• 6‑8 years of finance experience in supply chain, manufacturing or outsourced operations.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proven experience working with external partners, auditors and cross‑functional teams.
• Confident communicator with influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, resilient and solution‑oriented.
