About the role
Join a leading corporate bank’s credit operations team as a Loan Operations Officer, responsible for managing bilateral and syndicated corporate loan facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Administer loan facilities, ensure documentation compliance and execute transactions for corporate portfolios.
- Review legal documentation for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities to confirm alignment with approved terms.
- Analyze facility agreements and authorize client drawdown and utilization requests.
- Process loan activities including disbursements, rollovers, interest settlements and trade instruments.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to resolve documentation issues and maintain accurate records.
- Support system enhancement projects, participate in user acceptance testing and meet regulatory reporting requirements.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in loan administration, credit operations or documentation handling.
- Strong knowledge of corporate loan products, credit facility structures and operational controls.
