Manager of People & Culture (Full-Spectrum HR)

About the role

The People & Culture Manager will lead the HR function, advising senior leadership on people strategy and overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and all HR functions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and staff development programmes.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (post‑graduate qualification or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of HR and payroll experience with team‑leader responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development and employee relations.
• Experience in healthcare or service sectors is advantageous.
