Manager, Vehicle Quota & Registration

About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is recruiting a Manager, Vehicle Quota & Registration. You will report to the Deputy Director, Vehicle Registration & Quota, and oversee the day-to-day operations of all matters related to the vehicle quota and registration of motor vehicles, including e-scooters, in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational policies and vehicle schemes regularly, and formulate strategies for the implementation of works on bidding and allocation of Certificates of Entitlement, vehicle ownership and registration, collection of vehicle taxes and fees, refunds and schemes, and vehicle registration numbers.
• Liaise with external party representatives and support internal stakeholders on vehicle quota and registration matters.
• Manage complex customer feedback, complaints and appeals, and guide and assess staff evaluations on such issues.
• Advise the public and external agencies on vehicle quota and registration matters and schemes.
• Manage team performance, guide staff on their tasks, review their performance and identify their training needs.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of operations management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge in any discipline.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment.
