Marketing Assistant Manager – Media & Campaign Lead

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Assistant Manager to lead our new media and local media investment strategy across Singapore. The role will own end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution on emerging digital platforms and regional media outlets, collaborating with creative, product and data teams to maximise reach, engagement and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies across new media (social, short‑form video, KOL/influencer) and traditional channels (OOH, print, radio, regional digital).
• Own annual media budgets, negotiate and manage relationships with media agencies, publishers and platform partners.
• Lead campaign briefing, trafficking, optimisation and post‑campaign analysis focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms, identify opportunities to pilot and scale new media formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are tailored to each channel’s audience and format requirements.
• Report campaign performance to senior leadership with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, buying or integrated marketing with both digital and offline channels.
• Proven track record managing multi‑channel campaigns and sizable media budgets.
• Deep understanding of new media ecosystems, including social platforms, content marketing and influencer marketing.
• Experience with local/regional media buying and awareness of audience nuances across markets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
