M&E Engineer – Senior – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join our construction projects across Singapore. The role involves coordinating M&E works, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards, and delivering high‑quality installations on time.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, material samples and method statements.
• Participate in project and technical meetings, resolving on‑site issues with owners and consultants.
• Verify installations against approved drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings to schedule work sequences and avoid clashes.
• Address site challenges with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers promptly.
• Maintain project documentation for ISO audit readiness.
• Collaborate with the safety department and follow permit‑to‑work protocols.
• Coordinate testing and handover activities to meet final inspection requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination experience in Singapore’s building/construction sector.
• Relevant professional registration (e.g., R26162007EA, License No. 25S3022).
