About the role
EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Merchant Operations Executive in Singapore. The role supports merchants through onboarding and handles day-to-day operational tasks and basic inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding, including documentation, setup and basic training
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic merchant inquiries
- Assist in tracking activation status and onboarding progress
- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
- Follow SOPs to ensure process compliance and consistency
- Escalate issues or delays to senior team members
Required profile
- Good communication skills in English (language proficiency depends on location)
- Basic understanding of operations or customer service processes
- Experience in operations, customer support or payments/POS is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome
