About the role
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Global Asset Management team on a one‑year contract. The role supports institutional and intermediary clients across Asia ex‑Japan, ensuring legal compliance and efficient documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal support for institutional and intermediary clients in Asia ex‑Japan, including agreement reviews and maintenance of internal legal systems.
- Review fund documentation for APAC‑registered fund ranges.
- Handle company secretarial tasks for APAC entities.
- Assist in tracking and implementing privacy and data‑protection regulations across the APAC region.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of legal experience, preferably within asset management.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
