Paralegal – 1 Year Contract in Global Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Global Asset Management team on a one‑year contract. The role supports institutional and intermediary clients across Asia ex‑Japan, ensuring legal compliance and efficient documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for institutional and intermediary clients in Asia ex‑Japan, including agreement reviews and maintenance of internal legal systems.
• Review fund documentation for APAC‑registered fund ranges.
• Handle company secretarial tasks for APAC entities.
• Assist in tracking and implementing privacy and data‑protection regulations across the APAC region.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of legal experience, preferably within asset management.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
