Part-Time Learning Technologist (6-month contract)

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Learning Technologist to support its Education/Digital Learning team. This 6‑month temporary role offers practical experience in digital learning operations, educational technology, and technology‑enabled medical education.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update learning activities, course sites and digital resources on approved platforms.
• Conduct pre‑session checks, perform basic troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support formatting, uploading and quality checking of digital content.
• Execute assigned test cases and maintain guides, checklists, trackers and issue records.
• Respond to routine user enquiries and support scheduled digital learning sessions.
• Coordinate follow‑ups with faculty, colleagues and vendors.

Required profile

• Diploma, current studies or equivalent experience in information technology, educational technology, media, education or a related field.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, learning new tools and following documented procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Reliable, service‑oriented and able to work independently with guidance as well as part of a team.
• Experience with learning management systems, digital content or user support is advantageous.
