Partner Technology Architect (Bahasa Speaking)

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a Partner Technology Architect in Singapore to act as the primary strategic interface for its global and regional partners. The role drives partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence, business development, solution strategy and AI-first technology adoption, combining advisory relationships with partner executives, solution architecture and go-to-market leadership. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic counterpart for assigned partners, building trusted relationships with partner executives and practice leaders
• Lead joint business planning and advise partners on practice growth, specialization and readiness for AI-enabled offerings
• Influence partner-sourced pipeline through offer-led strategy and solution differentiation
• Travel up to 50% for partner, customer and organizational activities
• Lead technical discovery, executive briefings, solution demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Translate platform and AI capabilities into scalable, partner-differentiated solutions
• Champion AI-first solution design, including intelligent workflows, automation and agent-based use cases, and coordinate with domain specialists
• Support executive-level conversations with clear value narratives and coordinate across internal specialist teams

Required profile

• Fluent and native Bahasa speaker
• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory or similar roles
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving
• Ability to manage commercial contracts, pricing or financial programs
• Preferred: experience with ServiceNow and AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents), deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical, and experience shaping partner practices or go-to-market motions
