Personal Banker – Retail Banking (International Bank)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Banker to join the retail banking division of a leading international bank in Singapore. In this junior‑executive position you will help clients navigate a broad suite of banking products and support them in achieving their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve retail customers through branch visits, telephone appointments and outreach programs.
• Provide expert advice on the bank’s product portfolio, including deposits, loans and investment solutions.
• Identify appropriate banking solutions by applying sound financial knowledge and understanding client needs.
• Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial sales or related banking activities (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Resilient, motivated and eager to develop professionally.
