Principal - Communications, Media & Technology

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Principal in Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) based in Singapore. The role covers business support, revenue assurance, account management and delivery governance for strategic customer engagements. Candidates must be Singaporean or hold a Singapore PR.

Key responsibilities

• Business support and revenue growth: work with solution, delivery and partner teams on differentiated solutions and go-to-market strategies; build a portfolio of reusable solution assets and success stories; create and position offerings that address customer challenges.
• Financial operations and revenue assurance: own the financial governance of customer accounts, including invoicing, revenue recognition and billing compliance; drive timely invoice processing and reduce billing disputes; monitor collections, outstanding receivables and DSO; manage revenue-at-risk and overdue payments.
• Account management and portfolio expansion: manage and grow key accounts across telecom, consumer and enterprise sectors; drive account mining to expand offerings such as cybersecurity, data analytics and digital solutions; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Delivery and operations management: own end-to-end delivery governance for strategic accounts, ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction; plan resources and oversee service delivery; set and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 15-20 years of industry experience in CMT, including telecommunications, digital service providers, media and entertainment, technology platforms, network providers or system integrators serving CMT customers.
• Cross-domain experience in banking or retail is a plus.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only.
