Principal / Senior Principal - Oracle ERP Cloud Transformation

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for Principal and Senior Principal consultants with Cloud Transformation Strategy experience. The role is highly visible, with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, and requires a mix of domain, business-process and technical skills together with strong people skills. It involves leading and advising clients on Oracle ERP cloud transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, including financial and non-financial benefits and required investments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage assessments, develop cloud migration strategies and a multi-year journey map covering business process transformation and change management.
• Manage client relationships and advise clients on their problems and issues.
• Support the design of the cloud operating model, including capabilities, processes, roles and responsibilities.
• Evaluate products for business functions and lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Lead or take part in developing service offerings, blueprinting a finance transformation and sharing patterns, best practices and white papers on ERP transformation.
• Contribute to client proposals, give presentations, write thought leadership such as blog posts and white papers, and lead work streams for new business opportunities.
• Share expertise with the team and the client, and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with MBA or foreign equivalent; four years of progressive experience in the specialty can replace each year of education.
• At least 15 years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformation with Oracle applications.
• At least three end-to-end Oracle implementations at client sites using a global delivery model, with at least one ERP Cloud implementation.
• Well-defined management consulting experience, including project management and/or business analysis.
• Ability to travel four days a week to local, state and national client locations; Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with industry-standard program management tools and practices.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Preferred: 5+ years implementing Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Projects) and experience in financial services, banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, CPG or communications.
