Product Intern

About the role

EPOS, one of Singapore's largest point-of-sale system vendors, is looking for a Product Intern. The internship is on-site and open to full-time students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Only interns available to start in early August 2026 will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Work with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
• Help coordinate and execute product launches, including documentation and communication materials.
• Take part in cross-functional team meetings and give input on product discussions.
• Work with design and development teams so product requirements are clearly communicated.
• Help write product documentation, training materials and user guides.
• Support operational tasks such as installing hardware and software for clients and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Test product enhancements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong interest in product management; prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to work with stakeholders across local markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
