Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in on‑site execution, ensuring that resources, equipment and information are well coordinated. This role monitors progress, prepares daily reports and helps keep projects on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on site execution and coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor work progress, address issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and monitor assigned projects.
• Attend kick‑off meetings, site meetings, site walks and briefings with clients and officers.
• Ensure workers maintain proper housekeeping to keep a safe and clean environment and comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Verify that permits, machinery and materials are ready and that equipment is in working condition before work starts.
• Handle ad‑hoc matters assigned by the Project Manager necessary for project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor or coordinator in construction or project site work.
• Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety.
• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving licence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence through to handover.
