Project Management Officer - Banking

About the role

Infosys Singapore & Australia is hiring a Project Management Officer (PMO Analyst) in its banking practice in Singapore. The role supports and tracks the PMO deliverables and activities required by the program, working closely with all relevant stakeholders to help deliver it.

Key responsibilities

• Track resourcing for the program, from resource requirements through to onboarding of hired people.
• Track milestone completion for the project or program.
• Track risks, actions, issues and dependencies, and update the RAID register.
• Liaise with stakeholders across vendors and customers and build good working relationships.
• Attend status meetings and forums, take minutes and track actions to closure.
• Assist with logistics such as meeting room booking and hardware/software provisioning for the team.
• Own and initiate team activities, and take up ad hoc tasks during the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1 to 3 years of PMO experience (preferred).
• A self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at medium level.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
